“I made contact 56 minutes before closing on Friday to order the tyres I wanted and to book a fitting appointment for Saturday. All very straightforward, no complications and received confirmation that all was well. On Saturday morning I received a text to confirm that the tyres had been delivered. At 3 o'clock I arrived at the centre, was pleasantly greeted and by twenty past three the job was done and I was being guided out of the Centre. That's what I call service !”
